 How to confirm kindeal paper is a manufacturer , not a trade company?
 We are pe coated paper manufacturer & paper cup fan manufacturers located in Linhai Taizhou Zhejiang China. We have our own production facilities where we manufacture PE/PLA coated cup paper, printed cup fans,other packaging paper directly. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
To further verify our authenticity and capabilities, we suggest the following options:
1) Verification of Business License: We can provide our business license for your verification. You can also check our registration details on the official Chinese government website, such as the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (NECIPS), to ensure our legitimacy.
2) Factory Tour: We welcome you to visit our factory. During your visit, you can see our production facilities, meet our team, and observe our operations firsthand. We can arrange a detailed tour that includes our production lines, quality control processes, and storage conditions.
3） Video Conference Verification: If a physical visit is not possible, we can set up a video conference where we can show you around our factory. This virtual tour will give you a clear view of our production capabilities and facilities.

 Do you have the ability to provide material traceability on the products that you sell?
 Yes, each batch of goods is marked in our internal system, each item has a separate number recorded after production, and the production details of the goods will be displayed on the label of outer package, so that we can accurately find out while the customer gives feedback.

 Do you have food contact Certifications for paper-cup-raw-material?
 Paper obtained SGS, FDA certificate, it's healthy for food contact. According to customer's requirement, we can offer Health Certificate (HC)if your customs required; other documents required please contact us .

 What is the optimum paper gram for hot drink and for cold drink?
 Usualy, hot drinking use one side PE coated paper; Cold drinking use two side PE coated cup paper, cup gram choosing depend on cup size and your final clients and market. Please contact us for details answer!

 How many paper cups can we get from per ton paper?
 Please send us your cup drawing-layout (means the opened dimension) Or tell us your cup size (Top diameter /Bottom diameter /Wall Height). We will make calculation for you.

 How many cup bottom roll to match with 1ton precut & printed paper (cup body fan)?
 Usually the proportion for cups is about 1: 0.15 to 0.2 (means 1ton paper need about 0.15 to 0.2tons bottom roll, just for reference!). Certainly, different cup size, different gram, it's different. Please inquiry details!

 Can your factory do the printing & cuting?
 Yes, we have Donghang and ECOFA flexographic printing machine (max 6colors) and offset printing machine, and 6 Auto die-cutting machine,we can make any shape you need, such as paper cup fans, varies food boxes shapes, ect.

 What's the difference of flexographic printing & offset printing? What is the best printing method?
 1. Flexographic printing required paper in roll format. Offset printing required paper in sheet format.
2. The technical of offset printing is mature than flexographic.
3. Design mould different: flexographic plate is made of resin material, it's little expensive, as usual cost usd40-70/color; but Offset required a digital. it's cheaper.
4. The ink of flexographic printing is water based, blend by water, clear by water; it's Eco friendly. Ink is Food grade. But generally, the ink of Offset printing is gas/oil based. Blend by oil, clean by gas/oil, if you want to choose food grade ink for offset, but cost is expensive than Flexographic.

 How many percent of the rejected edge and wastes after printing, cutting, and packaging? ( how many KG of cup fans from 1 ton paper )
 1.flexographic printing, around 9~13% wastage percent depend on your cup sizes and order quantity.
2.offset printing, around 14~16% wastage edge (means 1ton sheet paper can get around 840~850KGS fans).

 How many tons of paper can load in one'container?
 1. 20gp, can ship about 14~16tons, more or less depend on order Size.
 2. 40gp, can load about 24-28tons according to the destination port.

 How can I get paper sample to check paper quality?
 A4 size Paper sample is free. you just to pay delivery cost. small roll or sheets also can be provided. if your cup machine bought from china, you can ask us to send sample for testing their machine.

 Order Procedure
 1.Contact with us through email or other communication modes about paper Gram, Size, Design, Quantity, Payment term, Delivery time, certificates.
2.Confirm all detail , sign PI,
3.Make deposit or open LC.
4.Factory Produce.
5.If need (After product finished, Doing certificate upon customer's requirement)
6.Make an Updated PI based on the real quantity and negotiated the shipping plan .
7.Factory arrange shipment.
8.Express original documents to customer for custom clearance OR doing telex release.
9.After-sales service.
